Accommodation
The cottages are both set in forty acres of Cornish meadow land, just a few miles from the popular seaside town of Perranporth and about seven miles from Newquay. The Kingfisher cottage or the Kestrel cottage are the perfect rural location for a holiday in the countryside.
Both situated within a small working farm where a small herd of beef cattle, pigs, goats and chickens are kept. For those visitors who like to fish, a well stocked two-acre coarse fishing lake is a 2 minute walk from the cottages.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises:-
- Well appointed kitchen including: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob.
- The dining area has a large dining table with seating for eight.
The lounge features a wood-burning stove and patio doors to the decking area to the rear of the property. The lounge also has comfortable leather upholstery seating and includes a large screen T.V with DVD player and digital FreeView box.
Sleeping accommodation comprises of two twin bedrooms with adult sized single beds and ample storage space; a double room with en-suite shower room and W.C; family sized bathroom and further W.C.
All bed linen and duvets are included and a cot is available.
Oil fired central heating and electricity is included in the price.
There is ample parking for up to three cars.
